Depression

​

Depression is a mental disorder that creates a sense of sadness, un-wanting, and anger. It can also be associated with bipolar disorder. When a person is depressed, he or she is often bed ridden and suffers from insomnia. 

Stress

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. Stress can be your body's natural reaction to situations throughout your life. Stress can be positive in some cases, but can also be really negative.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a disorder that many people suffer from. Symptoms include feelings of restlessness, worry, and fear. Learn more about how physical activity can combat anxiety.
